We’re THRILLED to be BACK for 2022 AT SOLANA RANCH ELEMENTARY!!

Keystone South Activities
Many local camps are unilateral, focusing our kids on one activity, sport, or skill. That’s the complete opposite of our dynamic programming at Keystone South! This summer, campers will form deep connections with their stable, consistent camp groups (and two counselors), visiting a programmed schedule of activities, changing every day they come to camp! Sports of all types, performing arts, fine arts, specialized programming, we have it all!
KS is proud to partner with the Carmel Valley Recreational Center!
Keystone South is working hard to develop our swimming program, maintaining all health and safety regulations, in partnership with the Carmel Valley Aquatics Center. We are currently waiting on clearance from county and city officials to go ahead with our program, but at this point we have not been given the official approval for swimming this summer. We are hopeful that we will be given approval in the coming months ahead. Most importantly, we will ONLY move forward with swimming this summer if we are given county clearance AND do so while meeting and exceeding health and safety precautions.
We are hopeful to offer swimming (and water sliding) DAILY to all campers entering Grade One and older, and Junior Camp swimming sessions every Tuesday and Thursday
If we are not able to offer swimming this summer, we have an exceptional plan of surprises – including trips to Pelly’s Mini Golf (Grade 1+), new sports, arts, and dynamic activities, and many surprises for our favorite campers!!
Stay tuned for more updates, but here is our hopeful plan:
In order to maintain distancing requirements, this summer, campers will take a quick, ten-minute ride in a clean, professionally sanitized bus (masked, assigned seating, and proper ventilation) and will swim in a controlled environment with plenty of room for FUN! We’ll have the EXCLUSIVE USE of their colossal pool, water play areas, and TWO WATERSLIDES!!
Swimmers are supervised by a Red Cross Certified specialized lifeguard staff each day at the pool. Additionally, group counselors lend another pair of eyes from inside of the pool – organizing games, interacting with swimmers, and making your child’s water experience safe and VERY fun!!
Day campers 48 inches and taller love our two giant waterslides – The “Tornado” and “Cyclone” and can’t agree on which one gives a more “extreme” thrill!
All campers ages 7+ may take a daily “swim test” to give them access to the entire pool area. Campers six and under are supervised in an enormous shallow area, with tons of games and incredible interactions with our staff.
All changing areas are clean, private, and supervised by our exceptional staff. Additionally, only Keystone South campers and staff members are allowed entrance into the Aquatics Center during our visit.
Your child couldn’t have a more compete aquatics experience anywhere!!
In the event that we’re unable to swim due to health concerns, campers LOVED having more time to create group memories at camp, with an expanded schedule to include 6-7 unique activities daily!
By providing small and consistent camp groups (6-to-1 camper-to-counselor ratios) your campers’ health and safety will remain at the front of all our decision making.
